About Me:

On my journey, I’ve had 9 broken bones, one broken heart, and I feel lucky. I’ve eaten my fill in soup kitchens Michelin 3 star joints, then soup kitchens again. I’ve watched a calf born, drunk from the Ganges, held two people’s hands as they crossed, saw falling stars over the Sahara.

I’ve learned that I have a disability, but am still able, and every soul shines. I’ve learned to pick battles, fight with all I have, that all I own is between my two ears, to roll with punches, that I can’t please everyone, and I define my own limitations .

I tell people I love that I do, because they may be gone tomorrow. I know that pain doesn’t kill you even when you wish it would, virtue is more than adequate reward, and there is no such thing as a beautiful corpse, so live well, not hard.
