Is Hillary good for business?
She is great for big business, especially those who have disenfranchised the American workers with their unfair importing of foreign goods and the outsourcing of American jobs. As you stated,” her record and support base indicate she's hardly an enemy of American business interests,” and as you also stated,” She has more maxed-out, executive-level donors than either Obama or Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). She has pulled in $3.9 million from donors associated with the health-care industry, more than any other candidate. Donors affiliated with Goldman Sachs (GS, news, msgs) are her top contributors”. Her lengthy tenure as a prominent member of Wal-Mart’s Board of Trustees greatly contributed to its present day success in boosting China to its status as an economic super power with, over time, huge losses of American Manufacturing jobs. At the same time, she also sat on other corporate boards while the prestigious law firm in which she was a partner, known for their corporate capabilities, Rose Law Firm of Arkansas, pioneered the current corporate policies which have led to today’s American worker demise. She still revels in being part of the inaccurate claims of a successful economy under the leadership of her husband Bill Clinton who was closing military bases across the nation with private industry beginning to follow. She continues to share credit for a so called good economy during the Clinton presidency with her husband who had merely been lucky enough to be president during the internet and Silicone Valley tech boom which brought about a false economy which railed around the stock market while , American worker’s jobs were rapidly disappearing as corporate interest were embraced. I don’t think she is good for business as usual, I know she is; and if we want more of the same we must make sure we get her elected.
