Three are the main factors to crate a “Self-sufficient” HEALTH CARE SYSTEM for the AMERICAN PEOPLE.

SIMPLE AS IT CAN BE: TAXES - PREVENTIVE MEDICINE - AND TIME:

We have been carrying an average of 36M – 40Millom Americans without insurance coverage for a long time – more than three decades. It is not to be expected to write that negative in an easy manner nor fashion.  Only a miracle could do it that way. Nevertheless if somehow, we were able to generate a “SEED CAPITAL FUND” – also known as the GOVERNMENT’S promise to assist with the future taxation reform. In which there will be – and must be - in addition to the already tax changes promised by Mr. Barack Obama; a justified tax APPLIED to all corporations which earn more than $250k a year. Now, don’t get exited and start complaining about this move. To begin with, during the last eight years of the BUSH ADMINISTRATION all these corporations enjoyed of a more than generous tax exemption.  Now that we need to generate more new jobs – for today’s Economy is demanding them - and also provide a reasonable HEALTH CARE SYSTEM for all Americans; I guess it is a PATRIOTIC thing to do and WE ALL help by chipping in to create such GOVERNMENT SEED CAPITAL FUND. Secondly, ending with the fabulous “END RESULT” of having enough funds to start ORGANIZING AND APPLYING adequate steps to set YEARLY GOALS in the most important field of the HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY… ”DOCTORS, PHARMACIST, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND GOVERNMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE, to help moving the whole system towards a “PREVENTIVE MEDICINE” oriented system. It is not a JOKE and nothing IMPOSSIBLE. Preventive medicine will bring all kind of savings to the system perhaps within (5) FIVE to (6) SIX years in the future. Then, the government may start relaxing those TAXES which help to feed the “SEED CAPITAL FUND” at the beginning of the whole process.  So, hopping that by that then the fund will be generated and become self-sustained by the savings attained through the application of “PREVENTIVE MEDICINE PROGRAMS”.

By the time we reach year (10) TEN…a whole new story will be told.

Just think of all those new JOBS we will be generating in the GOVERNMENTAL sector; and perhaps in the PRIVATE sector too.  Not to mention the possibility of ending up with a HEALTY AMERICAN POPULATION.; which in turn, will become a better and more PRODUCTIVE factor in our National Economy spectrum.  

It is not a dream; it is possible with the help of all those parties involved.
