Rewind: Watch Nova episode on PBS "Judgment Day"
Linked to groups: Democracy for Riverside
PBS program, Nova, broadcast an episode entitled "Judgment Day" about the Dover, PA school board that tried to incorporate "Intelligent Design" into the curriculum. The program has re-enactments from the trial. I thought the best part of the broadcast was learning about new developments in evolutionary science that provide even stronger support for the theory. Please check your local listings for a repeat of this important broadcast. If you are unable to find it on TV, you can watch online here:
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/
Perhaps we should notify some recent Riverside Unified School Board candidates about this broadcast as well!

By Renae Schwantes on Nov 15, 2007 4:33 PM ESTA public educational institution should be teaching fact based information, not religious fantasy. If I take a class in biology, I expect facts, figures and evidence, not mythology.
If parents don't like science, then take your kids to your parochial and pay for their brainwashing.
