I first became active in politics knocking on doors for George McGovern for president when I was 13 years old. Since then I have been involved in every aspect of political campaigns, including running for office and getting elected!

About Me:

I proudly represent Chicago's 49th Ward in the Chicago City Council, and was the first elected official in Illinois to endorse Howard Dean's campaign for President. I'm close friends and allies with a number of DFA members througout Chicago and the nation and I'm thrilled a DFA chapter has formed in the 49th Ward!
