I am a State Employee and because of that I am considered a second class citizen. I can write letters to my elected officials, I am allowed to vote and sign petitions, but I am not allowed to actively participate in the political process due to a PA mini Hatch Act. I consider this an infringement on my constitutional rights as a citizen of Pennsylvania and the USA.
