Progressive politics, travel, meeting new people (goes with running for office), transit policy and my beloved Washington Redskins

A candidate for Delegate from Silver Spring and Takoma Park, I have worked in politics in the area since I was in high school. Most recently, I have spent the last 5 years working for Senator Sarbanes as the Democrat's chief economist on the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee.

About Me:

A native Washingtonian, I grew up in Montgomery County (MCPS K-12). I got my political start as a student leader in the Better Blair movement. My entire immediate family lives in the county and my nephew goes to elementary school in the same building as my old high school.
