lack of regulation

Written by: Kenneth E. Biggs on Dec 1, 2006 1:17 AM EST

I hope that the Democratic party will do something to stop the continuing lack of honesty in the companies including the health care farce.

companies allowed to file bankruptcy and dump emplioyee pensions while giving executives excessive compensation.

Health care companies refusing to pay the full amount as stated in the contracts or acting like they never received bills. in two cases with my health care company I have had to pay $118 in covered lab work and then I hsd a company send in a $1200 bill for a covered service and they say that they never received the bill the employer refuses to help rresubmitt the bill so in both cases I end up paying for covered items.

Deregulation is a failure it is time to return to regulating the oil companies, the energy companies and the health care companies to start.
