Conference call notes...
Linked to groups: DFA Trust
DFA Trust conference callThanks to all who joined Jim Dean, Holly, and me on our first DFA Trust conference call! I apologize for this post going up so late. Monica - I understand about not being a phone person. I'm going to be updating this blog more regularly with updates.
Our DFA-Trust membership drive generated 58 new Trustees!! Let me repeat that -- 58 current DFA donors have signed up to make monthly contributions.
Your monthly contributions give us a firm foundation, and allow us to plan for the future, knowing we have this financial stream coming in every month. THANK YOU!
On the call, Jim gave an update of our current membership on DFA-Link -- number of groups, NEW members through the Roots Tourney (congratulations NJ for Democracy!), and discussed some local races. He answered questions about DFA's positions in some races (AZ congressional race with DFA-Phoenix supported Larry King), talked about the endorsement process. And also urged people to come to DemocracyFest in July!
Please call me or email me, or Holly, at any time. We want to hear from you.

I'm back and happy about it!
Hi Dina,
I had been a monthly DFA contributor since the beginning - before it was called "DFA Trust". At the beginning of 2006 I needed to cut back on some expenses and had a little difficulty stopping the monthly credit card charges. Thank you Dina for your help in making that happen! With that said, I just returned - now as a "DFA Trust" member. Thank you for setting up the "DFA Trust" program and for making it easy for me to return. I'm very happy to be back as a regular contributor to DFA and hope to be able to increase my monthly contribution in the future. Keep up the good work!
