After a weekend packed with events to bring peace and
justice to Africa (Darfur in Sudan) and progressive values
to our local communities, the new month brings more
opportunities to get back together with our fellow
progressives to plan for this spring and summer.

Can we afford to let rising gas prices continue to squeeze
families of America's working poor or allow millions more to
lose health care coverage? We must come together over these
critical issues of our time, starting with local DFA
meetings over the next week and Arlington Democrats and
Greens meetings tonight!

We are co-sponsoring a movie series with Northern Virginians
for Peace and Justice.

We are in the planning stages for a "Democracy Forum."
