Congressman Kucinich: impeach President Bush
Linked to groups: New Jersey Trained Activists, Essex County, NJ, DFA, DFA-Link Organizers, DFA New Jersey
As I write this I am watching Congressman Kucinich (with gratitude, admiration and respect) live on the Floor of the House of Representatives introducing articles of impeachment for President Bush.
Congressman Kucinich showing himself to be a great American Patriot, performing his sworn duty under the Constitution of the United States of America, and I strongly support him.
I am going to contribute to his reelection campaign, and I am going to call and write all of my elected representatives, on every level of Government, and demand that they publicly support Congressman Kucinich, the rule of law and the supremacy of the Constitution of the United States of America.
I urge you to do the same.
Proposed NJ Regulation Will Increase Your Health Care Costs
Linked to groups: DFA New Jersey
Act Now To Stop Increases In Your Out-of-Pocket Health Care ExpensesPatient Alert (from the Medical Society of NJ)
The NJ Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) has proposed regulations that will increase the amount patients pay directly, out-of-pocket, for out-of-network medical care. This regulation will limit your access by making out-of-network care and specialized care too expensive. The cost is shifted from the insurance companies to YOU.
Tell DOBI you cannot afford to have your healthcare costs increased. It only takes minutes to take action to stop DOBI from adopting these regulations by responding to this alert.
TAKE ACTION: Use the letter writing tool here:http://capwiz.com/msnj/issues/alert/?alertid=9287241&type=CUAnd please forward widely.David Robinson

Live Blog with George Lakoffby Tara Liloia
Who hasn't heard of Don't Think of an Elephant, George Lakoff's groundbreaking book on progressive political framing? Many of us use it to constantly hone our message and frame the debate.
Professor Lakoff's newest book, Whose Freedom? The Battle Over America's Most Important Idea, takes on the two different worldviews which shape (and divide) our society today. He'll be joining us Wednesday, July 12, 2006 on Blog for America for a live online discussion of Whose Freedom? and his other works.
Join us at 2:00 PM Eastern time for a chance to ask your burning framing questions, or let Professor Lakoff know what his work has done for you. We hope to see you there!
