Hello all!

Kingston DFA is designed to bring together folks from around the Hudson Valley who are
interested in getting and staying involved in our communities.

We are here to plan and work for change by building alliances with reform-minded
individuals and groups inside and outside of the Democratic Party.

We are committed to working through our Democratic Party organizations and through
whatever others will help to impact our governing institutions and officials.

We are committed to bringing democracy and our government back to the people who
build it, pay for it, and who it's designed to help and work for.

Politics is fundamentally about peoples’s lives. Too many politicians view politics as a
game -– or worse, as a battlefield for their narrow-minded ideology or corporate-backed
financial interests.

We seek an agenda that meets today’s urgent needs, encourages participation in our
political system, and ultimately leaves our children an America better than the one we
inherited.

You have the power to take our country back. And it will happen one conversation, one
action, one vote, one candidate and one committed American at a time.
