Tonight's DFA meeting.

Our DFA group met tonight at a new location - the Applesauce Teahouse on south San Francisco street. It's a nice location and there's beverages. It looks like we'll continue to meet there.

Our group endorsed two candidates: Mike Cacciopoli for the CD1 and Mark Manoil for Arizona Corporation Commission. Both are excellent candidates. Mark Manoil ran last time, but Arizona elected all Republicans for the commission - one whom ended up being indicted for something illegal. Sheesh. Mike is one of our own DFA folks and is working hard to win the primary and take on Rick Renzi in the general election. Renzi has tons of cash, so Mike needs a ton of support.

Our group also discussed our plan for a special event that includes films, candidates, and issue discussions. We're excited by the concept. We also are planning a yard sale to help fund our event, so if anyone has items they want to get rid of, we are looking for donations.

Anyway, a satisfying evening with wonderful comrades-in-arms. We are taking our country back
