Description:
L.E.A.D. is Lebanon County, PA,'s progressive/liberal activist/accountability/advocacy group. We cover primarily national and world issues at a local level, trying to either change policies or ameliorate the human impact of bad policies at the local level. If the only solution is electoral, we also work for candidates who will improve the lives of those who live here.
Our mission statement: L.E.A.D. is committed to promoting a progressive political agenda to improve the lives of the people of Lebanon County, PA, and to fight selfishness, greed, lies, incompetence, arrogance, corruption, and lack of respect for our individual rights from our elected officials.
One more thing, L.E.A.D. is an acronym without a longer version--L stands for Lebanon, bu the E, A and D can be shifted around to meet our ad hoc needs.
