We are in support of all our great Democratic 2008 Candidates especially Dina Titus running for CD 3, where we will do all we can to help her defeat the Republican incumbent.

Las Vegas Democracy For America is working to build our membership, register new voters, work to see our votes are protected and help elect Progressive Democrats at every level.

Our goal is to create a vibrant, unified Democratic Party in our counties and state. In addition work with other states to promote unity and take back our country in 2008.

We hope to alert them about the dangers of nuclear waste "coming to a road near them." The world is aware of this Administration wanting to transport nuclear waste from all over and bury it here in the U.S. at Yucca Mountain. Most Americans don't know about it or how they will be affected by it. This is only one of the many, many issues that Democrats need to come together on and speak clearly to defeat the Bush/Cheney agendas before they defeat us!
