On Thursday July 27th, Town Hall Seattle will host David Sirota to discuss his controversial new book "Hostile Takeover" - the New York Times bestseller that analyzes how corruption is destroying American democracy. Sirota has appeared on, among others, CNN, MSNBC and The Colbert Report to discuss his book - and the event in Seattle is one of the major stops on his 30-city nationwide tour. The event is being co-sponsored by Elliott Bay Book Company, and will be held at Town Hall Seattle at 1119 Eighth Avenue in Seattle at 7:30pm on 7/27. Tickets are $5 at the door, and books will be on sale at the event for signing by the author.
