On April 5, DFA-New Haven is honored to be hosting Ned Lamont, Democrat for U.S. Senate - who will be challenging Joe Lieberman for his seat in this summer's Democratic primary (they're letting Joe run in the Democratic Primary even though he's a DINO).
Ned will visit us on April 5 at our regular Linkup Location - Naples Pizza - for a Meet and Greet, Q&A, Sign Up of Volunteers, and to form linkages between Town and Gown supporters of Ned Lamont. Our meeting starts at 7, Ned will arrive closer to 8.
RSVP now to get an automatic reminder message before the event. However I will most likely send out another email to the group a few days beforehand to confirm that Ned is definitely coming and what the format will be.
Ned's candidacy is very exciting and I hope that many members of DFA New Haven will be as eager as I am to meet Ned, if you havent' already, and find out how you can help him replace Oh-No-Joe in Washington D.C.!
