GKCDFA Meetup - January 2, 2008

Greetings, All!

GKCDFA is pleased to announce that our January Meetup is scheduled for Wednesday, January 2nd, 7 p.m. at Californo's in Westport.

This session should be of interest to anyone working on, or planning to work on, a campaign. It will give you the BIG PICTURE. How the campaign is structured and how your participation fits into that picture.

Chris Moreno, from the Missouri Democratic Coordinated Campaign, will outline the immediate goals of the Jay Nixon campaign. He will also show how the work being done today ties to the continuing development of the neighborhood precinct program. Recently recruited precinct captains from across the entire metropolitan area will be invited to attend this January meetup. We hope to engage other DFA members to join in on the precinct development program, at whatever level they wish to participate.

Chris's talk will be followed by an open question / answer session. Then there will be a networking period, to allow precinct captains, and everyone, the opportunity to get to know each other. Please bring your questions, comments, and suggestions. Let us know what you need from the party, the campaign or GKCDFA to achieve your long term goals in your neighborhood or precinct.
