Write Letters for Mark Pera

Agenda:

Many of us have fond memories of writing letters to Iowa voters during the Dean campaign. Well, this event harkens back to those days, except that instead of writing to Iowa, we will be writing letters to DFAers who live in the 3rd Congressional District, encouraging them to get involved in Mark Pera's campaign.

The event will be at the home of Barry Aldridge, and he will be providing snacks, soda, and letter writing supplies. I will provide some sample letters and info about Mark Pera that we can include with our letters.

These will be handwritten letters, and will coming directly from each one of us, so if you have some of your own return address labels at home, you may wish to bring them with you to make the job easier.

Mark Pera is a Northside DFA adopted candidate who is running in the 3rd Congressional District for the seat held by anti-choice, pro-war machine "Democrat" Dan Lipinski.
