SB 840 - SiCKO Flyering

The weekend is fast approaching, and we need help on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please look at your calendar and see how many "50 minute" hours you can spare for a good cause.

Even one hour will be a big help! As you'll see below, there are basically three times during the day when we can meet up with SiCKO viewers after they have left the auditorium.

Laemmle Playhouse 7 is now showing SiCKO in only one auditorium. The new times are:

1:00 - 3:10 p.m.; 4:00 - 6:10 p.m.; 7:00 to 9:10 p.m.; 9:55 to 12:10 a.m.

Volunteer leafleters should consider 50 minute shifts maximum, to coincide with these exit times and entry times for the next show. We hand the leaflet out, chat a bit about the movie, and get people to fill in the postcard right then and there!

Please let Irma Strantz know if and when you'll be available so she can arrange to have at least several people working together at the busiest times (6:00 to 6:55 pm) and (9:00 to 9:55 pm)
