Panelists:
Gregory Bumgardner, NJ veteran from Collingswood and member of the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans Association, which has been very critical of the execution of the war and the treatment of veterans on their return. He served two tours in Iraq with the U.S. Army, and led a detachment of 12 troopers in promoting good relations between Iraqis and the American military in the problematic Ramadi/Falluja corridor.
Carol Gay, chair of Labor Against the War and candidate for US Congress in the 4th district. She was a founding member of Jersey Shore Against the War.
Richard Moser, expert on resistance within the military during Vietnam. He wrote a landmark book, The New Winter Soldiers: GI and Veteran Dissent during the Vietnam Era, about military resisters and the veterans anti-war movement. He is currently Senior Staff Representative at Rutgers AAUP.
