Come phone voters to let them know about Jim Marcinkowski for U.S. Congress (8th district, challenging Mike Rogers).
It's easy and fun. You will be trained, you'll follow an intelligent script and use really cool software.
We want to get a group of at least 5 DFA members to go together on the same night to help out. Maybe we'll do it more than once, but if you can make it THIS night, please RSVP.
They need our help in August especially, (of course, the pressure will continue in the fall, but they are trying to tap into federal attention as soon as possible and the end of August is a deadline of some sort.)
When we're done at 9, maybe we could go out for a drink/coffee and political chat?
