Background:

Born and raised in Humboldt, Iowa. A Disabled Marine Corps Terrorism Expert. Current student of International Relations and Terrorism studies at Des Moines Area Community College in Boone, Iowa. Married.

Goals:

As an average person, recently returning from a long stint living abroad, it hurt me very much that as an average person to find I could have a better quality of life in another country than the one I proudly served as a Marine. Being average makes us the majority, and it is well past time this country takes direction to support it's majority instead of special interests.

Issues:

Health care is my biggest concern. I've lived under two national health insurance programs over the last decade, and want to implement such a system within our ailing nation.

Grassroots Support:

We are currently utilizing a total grassroots effort. We are being outspend 200 to 1. My wife and I live on less than $2500/month which is my Veterans pension and are utilizing this money to fund the campaign. Fellow Veterans are jumping on the bandwagon and helping out by spreading the word in every grassroots/netroots way we can.

DFA Values:

Having lived in two of the most progressive and liberal communities our world has to offer (London & Vienna) I've brought much back with me. Fiscally speaking, I am someone who would like to see the government be as responsible as I am in my personal life. No credit, no debt, etc.
