A message from Nick Passanante on the ground in Wisconsin: I've been here in Wisconsin for 38 days and I want to give you a quick update on what's happening on the ground right now. We need to win at least three of the six Republican recall elections to take back the State Senate and things are looking good in Districts 18 and 32. These are blue districts with good Democratic candidates and our numbers at the doors and on the phones look great. We should be able to win these two if we keep running hard. We're ahead in District 14, but it's going to be a close one. The latest poll has us up just two points. This one is a must-win for us and we're on the air right now with a powerful TV ad. We're behind in Districts 2, 8 and 10, but not by much. A win in any of these three districts would be huge and we haveallthe momentum right now. We've already knocked on 20,163 doors in Districts 8 and 10 and we're making calls into these districts every night. Now, we're expanding our canvass in District 10 to put us over the top. But we can't do it without your support. Can you contribute $4 right now to make District 10 our fourth big win on Election Night? District 10 is held by Republican Sen. Sheila Harsdorf. This is a Republican district that no one ever thought would be competitive, but the reaction to Republican attacks on middle class families has been so strong that we have a real shot of pulling off an upset here. We've been on the ground in District 10 for three weeks. We've already hit 9,940 doors and the response has been amazing. Expanding our ground program here could be what makes the difference. But like I said -- we can't expand the program without your support. Please contribute $4 now to help us expand our ground program in District 10 and pull off an upset win. This is it. We have less than two weeks to go and we need to make decisions now about how big we can grow our campaign. Please contribute now. Thank you for everything you do. -Nick Nick Passanante, Wisconsin Field Director Democracy for America
